About the role
You will be involved in all aspects of real estate transactions, signing of commercial leases, contract management and to a lesser extent various issues in relation to company law. The right candidate will work closely with SG Nordic’s investment/transaction team, administration and external advisors with the purpose to create value and minimise risks with a commercial, solution-oriented and process optimising approach.
It is a prerequisite that you have experience within real estate and master English both verbally and in writing.
