We have recently acquired the newly built Fakta-property on the corner of Vesterbro and Vindegade, Odense C. The store is centrally located right next to Føtex. Fakta is built on the ground floor, while the upper floors comprise of 39 flats. The estate is newly built and aqcuired from Sandal Ejendomme. Sandal Ejendomme plan to keep the flats on the upper floors. The property is built by NJ Gruppen, whom we have worked with on various occasions.
This existing, well-run Fakta-store has recently moved from an adjacent property into ours due to needing more space. The property is attractive to us since Fakta in this area continues to work on their well established market position, while having a long-term lease and a good central location.
