SG Nordic has acquired a renovated retail asset in Kokkedal.
The asset is part of Holmegårdscenter – a shopping center, which has been operating for more than 25 years – and includes a newly built Netto store with a long lease and four additional local stores: Fitness center, restaurant, estate agent and bicycle retailer/repair shop.
The Netto store relocated to the asset recently and doubled its size. Netto is now the only supermarket store in the center and should benefit from a strong base of returning customers.
