Erez Karti, Director and Founding Partner:
“More than a decade ago we identified an interesting opportunity within the supermarket anchored real estate market in Denmark, a sector that had no specialized real estate companies at the time. Since then we have succeeded in building a very solid and diversified portfolio which generated secure and growing cash flows and proved its high resilience throughout the years.”
“SG Nordic’s portfolio is a perfect strategic addition to Cibus Nordic Real Estate and will enable them to become a pan Nordic company. We are pleased that SG Nordic is moving to the ownership of a professional specialized company such as Cibus Nordic Real Estate.”
“The past two challenging years have proven our vision. The supermarket anchored real estate sector has overperformed during this period and became one of the most sought after. We have enjoyed leading and developing this specific sector in Denmark with success. We look forward to embracing new opportunities elsewhere, but would be happy to use our experience, network and skills and return to a market where we had a very good experience.”
“We would like to thank Søren Wagner (CEO), Chen Buber (CFO) and the current and past team for their immense contribution since the initiation of the company. We also thank our advisors, Lundgrens, Colliers and EY, for their professional work on this transaction.“
