Vallensbæk Stationstorv

Vestamager Centret

Vestamager Centret has gone through an extensive renovation and has now transformed into a modern and welcoming neighbourhood shopping centre, fulfilling all day-to-day needs to its customers. The development of the shopping centre accommodates the postive progress in the immediate catchment area.

Vestamager Centret is offering 20 different retail spaces perfect for various types of shops, incl. two major supermarkets Meny and Netto, Fitness World, a library, Matas and Maxi Zoo.

Rungsted Bytorv

Rungsted Bytorv is an exclusive neighbourhood shopping centre in one of Denmark’s most prominent and strong municipalities. It is located right next to the train station and with a great visibility when you come by car or other means of transportation.

Rungsted Bytorv was built in the early 90’s. In 2016 Meny refurbished their store, making it one of the chain’s finest supermarkets as well as in this centre. Furthermore, Netto will open a new supermarket in the spring of 2017.

Besides the two supermarkets, Rungsted Bytorv offers a variety of different shops such as the local pharmacy, a hairdresser, an optician, a beauty shop and women’s clothing stores. When you are done shopping, you can take a coffee break at Lagkagehuset or eat your lunch/dinner at Letz Sushi.

In total Rungsted Bytorv offers 15 units with great shopping opportunities and 40 apartments on top of the shops.

Karlslunde Stationscenter

Only 20 km from inner Copenhagen, Karlslunde Stationscenter is located in Greve municipality near the Køge bay highway .

The centre is located next to the S-train station in a development area, where the municipality is planning 300-400 new housings in the upcoming years. At this point, approximately 100 new households have already been taken into use.
