Vallensbæk Stationstorv
Vallensbæk Stationstorv is the natural hub of the city with an attractive and pulsating shopping environment, business and cultural life. It is the focal point with attractive shops, various services and great parking opportunities, ensuring an easy and delightful experience.
Vallensbæk Stationstorv has a long history and in 2016 the centre was rebuilt after demolishment of the old buildings. Vallensbæk Stationstorv is now a new and modern shopping centre, providing the customer with an enjoyful shopping experience when doing their day-to-day errands.
The centre is situated right next to the train station, upcoming light rails and close to the main roads and highways in / out of the greater Copenhagen.

Vestamager Centret
Vestamager Centret has gone through an extensive renovation and has now transformed into a modern and welcoming neighbourhood shopping centre, fulfilling all day-to-day needs to its customers. The development of the shopping centre accommodates the postive progress in the immediate catchment area.
Vestamager Centret is offering 20 different retail spaces perfect for various types of shops, incl. two major supermarkets Meny and Netto, Fitness World, a library, Matas and Maxi Zoo.
As a new tenant in the centre, you will be part of the development of a vibrant and pulsating local shopping centre in the Kastrup area.

Rungsted Bytorv
Rungsted Bytorv is an exclusive neighbourhood shopping centre in one of Denmark’s most prominent and strong municipalities. It is located right next to the train station and with a great visibility when you come by car or other means of transportation.
Rungsted Bytorv was built in the early 90’s. In 2016 Meny refurbished their store, making it one of the chain’s finest supermarkets as well as in this centre. Furthermore, Netto will open a new supermarket in the spring of 2017.
Besides the two supermarkets, Rungsted Bytorv offers a variety of different shops such as the local pharmacy, a hairdresser, an optician, a beauty shop and women’s clothing stores. When you are done shopping, you can take a coffee break at Lagkagehuset or eat your lunch/dinner at Letz Sushi.
In total Rungsted Bytorv offers 15 units with great shopping opportunities and 40 apartments on top of the shops.

Prøvestenscentret Helsingør
Prøvestenscentret is a part of a large centre area located at the entrance of Helsingør. It is big box retail strip anchored with popular chains such as jem & fix, Harald Nyborg and Maxi Zoo. The complete centre consists of 32.000 m² retail and 1.000 free parking spaces.
